If the cushion is not right for you, you can return it free of charge within 14 days of delivery.

Returns are free, whatever the reason.

Condition

The product must be in good condition, with no damage, and returned with all its accessories: the cushion, remote, home adapter, car adapter and box.

Faulty or wrong item

Contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a free return.

Refund or exchange

You choose: a bank transfer within 3 business days after we receive the return, or an exchange for a new unit.
