How do I pay?
Cash on Delivery only. You pay the courier when your order arrives.
How long does delivery take?
1–2 days.
Do you deliver to my emirate?
Yes. We deliver to all seven emirates, and delivery is always free.
Can I use it in my car?
Yes. A car adapter is in the box, along with a home wall adapter.
Does it heat up?
Yes. It has a heated panel along the lower back that you switch on from the remote.
What is in the box?
The massage seat cushion, a wired remote, a home wall adapter and a car adapter.
Can I return it?
Yes, free of charge within 14 days of delivery, as long as it is in good condition with all its accessories.
How do I get my money back?
You choose: a bank transfer within 3 business days after we receive the return, or an exchange for a new unit.
How do I track my order?
Send us your order number on WhatsApp and we will update you. You can do this from the Track order page.
